Recommended Configuration

Currently ProView is supported on the following devices:

• Desktop (Windows) - Windows 7 or newer
• Desktop (Mac) - Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite) or newer
• Browser - Any OS/OS version where these browsers (or newer) are supported: IE 11, Safari 7+, Firefox (newest version), Chrome (newest version)
• iPad (tablet) - iPad 2, Mini, or newer (iOS 9.3 or greater)
• Android (tablet) - Android 4.4 or later. As a guide, use the recommended devices listed below to get the most from your ProView experience.
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (9.7" and 8.0")
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S (10.5")
  • Samsung Galaxy Note Pro
  • Samsung Tab S (8.4")
  • Asus Nexus 7 (2013)

Note to Window 10 users.

There is a known issue with selected annotation tools when using the latest version of Windows 10 on touch screen devices. For more information, refer to the FAQs - Highlighting selected text using Windows 10.
