2)      Contact Details including Contact email

3)      Number of users for renewal per product e.g. 6 Tax Assistant, 3 Ledger Assistant, 1 ASIC Register etc.

Why do I not see my Tax Receipts when I login to my Client Account online?

If you purchased the license online, you will be able to locate the Invoice under “My Orders”

If you are paying monthly or contacted the renewal team to manually process your order, the invoices will not appear in the online Portal. You will be issued your Tax receipt each month upon payment. 

I like to receive a Tax Invoice before I renew.

Why does the order form only list 2001 to 2020 main forms and not 2021?

The reason why the order form still shows 2001 to 2020 is due to the fact the 2021 main forms are not available till the 2021 version update is released, which is usually around the end of June.

Renewing now will set your license expiry date to 30th June 2022 so when the 2021 version is available to download, you will be able to prepare and lodge 2021 forms till the expiry date.
