What Customer Centre enables you to do?
- Create and track the progress of your support tickets, including assigning a business priority.
- Search knowledgebase articles and FAQs.
- Access information on known issues and how to work around them, and when to expect the fix/release dates.
- Access product guides & release notes.
- If requested, managers can be set up to see all tickets raised for your organisation.
- Is provided as a complimentary service for our customers.
You need to have a OnePass account to access Customer Centre and so have access to the articles and log tickets. If you don’t currently have access, but would like to, follow the details in the OnePass link above. It is this login information you will need to login to Customer Centre.
