Update Error - Invalid Username or password. No license recognised.

When updating the software to the latest version, users may encounter this error at the registration step. If the user closes the registration form at this stage then the update will fail and will rollback to the previous version and show anĀ Error 1722.

To fix this error please make sure you have entered the correct username and password into the registration form.

Please note that the registration details are the same details used to login to the Software Assistant website portal and not the password used to log into the program.

If you have forgotten your password then you can click on the link below to reset it.


Once you have reset the password, run the update again and then enter the new password once you reach the registration stage of the update.

If you have multiple computers please make sure the same password is entered on each computer.
